One day old peacock chicks, you can still see the spur on top of the pecker. The image shows that peacock chicks already eclose with pinion feathers. A few days after the eclose they can already fly. In contrast to the green peafowl the basic colour of the indian blue chicks is much brighter. The pubescence on the chest is slightly yellowish. The green peafowl chicks are having a slightly gray chest.
